ASSESSORS MEETING MINUTES

AUGUST 24, 2006

7:00 P.M.  Called meeting to order.  Present:  Paula Keefe, Ellen Abelson and Mark

                  Mazur

1.  The Board signed two documents related to the revaluation of our assessments for

      FY2007.  One noted the Board’s acceptance of class 504 utility personal property

      values, the other was an LA-4 listing all assessed values by class.

2.   The Board discussed the status of our revaluation.  We are expecting preliminary

      certification within days.

7:15 P.M.  Meeting with representatives of Bridgestone Properties, the developers

                  of Senior Living in Sharon a housing development for seniors that is in

                  the planning stages.  Representing Bridgestone were Margaret Murphy,

                  Martin Spagat and John Kusminsky.  They discussed their plans for the

                  development.
